The first thing we do is align you with a SABI Method trained therapist, who specifically matches your therapeutic needs. Every therapist on our team has been hand curated and individually trained in The SABI Method, providing you with a unique, transformative healing experience you can only find here at SABI.
Getting started…
Phase 1
In this first phase of therapy your SABI Method trained therapist will do an in depth intake and get to know you at your core, so that we can build a treatment plan that matches your specific goals and outcomes. Your SABI therapist will teach you about the various holistic healing interventions utilized by our SABI Method trained therapists and will incorporate personalized integrative experiences into the design of your treatment.
Phase 2
In phase 2 your curated therapist is taking you through our unique therapeutic process which generally consists of weekly appointments that matches your specific goals and empowers you to take action. You will continue to grow in this phase until you meet the milestones and achieve the goals that you have set with you therapist.
PHASE 3
In phase 3 we move you into maintenance where we continue to empower you, keep you accountable, and encourage you to continue down a path of personal development. You will continue in this phase until you are ready to complete your treatment with us.
*To get the most out of your therapeutic experience we begin by scheduling you out for 12 weeks of sessions to ensure you have the opportunity to move through each phase. The entire therapeutic process can take anywhere from 12 weeks to 6 months to an entire year to several years. The length of time is different for every client and it is determined specifically by you and your therapist.
