Caitlin flewelling• LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker #98954

As a compassionate and creative therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am trained in art therapy, play therapy, and trauma-focused modalities like TF-CBT, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ youth and addressing racial trauma. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, guiding clients to explore their unique experiences and identities, while building resilience and self-discovery.

I am passionate about using creativity in therapy to help clients express themselves and process emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Whether working individually or in groups, I collaborate closely with each client, empowering them to harness their strengths and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

When I’m not in therapy, you’ll find me hiking, playing guitar, and enjoying time with my dogs. If you’re ready to explore your path to healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

How i work

I work with a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, relational challenges, grief, and identity exploration. My goal is to walk alongside each client, providing a space for healing, growth, and self-empowerment.
