sImina eshtehardi • PhD, LMFT
Doctorate in Psychology, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #107463
With nearly four decades of experience in the healthcare field, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, self-image issues, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re struggling with past trauma, uncertain about your future, or facing difficulties in your personal relationships, I am here to support you on your path to healing and growth.
My approach combines Somatic Psychology (“Bodymind”) with trauma-informed therapies, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and positive psychology to create a holistic, client-centered experience. I focus on the connection between mind and body, helping you understand how past experiences shape current behavior and emotions. Together, we will explore your strengths and build a foundation for lasting transformation.
I’m excited to partner with you in creating the life you envision—one that aligns with your true self and your deepest goals.
How i work
I work with individuals and couples, ages 18-65, and am especially passionate about assisting those dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, and self-doubt. I bring a warm, heart-centered approach to therapy, blending a sense of ease, introspection, and even a touch of humor into our sessions.
